Noah’s Landing Subdivision, Lake Anna, Virginia
Welcome to the Noah’s Landing subdivision Property Owner’s Association (POA) website. We’re glad you are here!
Where We Are
Noah’s Landing subdivision is a community at the southern end of Lake Anna in Bumpass, Virginia. We are a community of 205 lots and several common areas for property owners use. The subdivision is located on Pond 3 of the Private side, or the warm side, of Lake Anna. The Private side of the lake is not as busy as the Public side and Pond 3 is the most private and the coolest of the 3 warm side ponds. For these, and many other reasons, we think our community is the best on the lake.
Announcements
Greetings Members of Noah’s POA,
On behalf of the Noah’s Landing current board of directors, we are pleased to announce the upcoming vote for three (3) open positions on the board commencing July 2025. The three board positions that are up for voting are Jeff Baugus, Mike Gelber, and Bill Owen (who was completing JoAnn Colbert’s position). These positions are three year terms and instrumental in governing our community.
An electronic ballot will be sent out to all members of the POA that are in good standing and current with their POA dues. Voting links will be sent to primary emails on file (validations can be made directly to NoahsPOA@gmail.com any time before the voting begins). The ballots will be sent out by email around March 30th and all submissions must be completed by April 13th (please refer to the ballot for specific start and completion times).
Notes:
For anyone wanting to assist in an election observer role, please send your request to NoahsPOA@gmail.com for consideration. We will have up to two interested lot owners (in good standing) assist with the election proceedings.
Elections are being held electronically so you will receive an email with your ballot. You will also receive reminders by email.
The goal is to have the new board members confirmed by the end of April so they can begin attending monthly meetings as non-voting members and be included in the executive sessions and any closed meetings for seamless June transition into their role.
