Where We Are
Noah’s Landing subdivision is a community at the southern end of Lake Anna in Bumpass, Virginia. We are a community of 204 lots and several common areas for property owner’s use. The subdivision is located on Pond 3 of the Private side, or the warm side, of Lake Anna. The Private side of the lake is not as busy as the Public side and Pond 3 is the most private and the coolest of the 3 warm side ponds. For these, and many other reasons, we think our community is the best on the lake.
Announcements
The next Noah’s Landing POA meeting will be the Annual Board meeting that will be held on 6/16/26 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Lake Anna Rescue building on Bumpass Road.
We will send out the proposed agenda a week before the meeting.
Future quarterly POA Board meetings are scheduled for 7/13/26 and 10/12/26.
